With Beyond Inventory Details, right where you work: the FactBoxes show stock on the item card, item list, posted purchase order, sales order, service item worksheet and other pages – by location, bin, variant and company.
How do I check item availability by variant in Business Central?
With the Item Variant Inventory FactBox: it shows variant, bin, inventory, quantity on order and available inventory per location. It's hidden by default; show it once per page via Personalize.
How do I set up Beyond Inventory Details?
Assign the BYD ID USER permission set to your users. The FactBoxes then appear in the FactBox pane, which you toggle with ALT+F2.
