The workshop runs. The question is on which system.

Some dealers need stock management that knows their trade inside out. Others want an ERP with built-in accounting, in the cloud and closely tied to Microsoft 365. C.O.S. offers both and works out with you which one fits your business and where it is heading.

C.O.S. Software Logo

C.O.S. Software is our implementation partner for the Dealer Business System, with more than 35 years of software for sales, workshop and service in agricultural and construction machinery, power equipment, garden and municipal machinery, materials handling and boat dealerships. Its own stock management system ARISTA stays; Business Central joins it as a second option.

Trade software: ARISTA

C.O.S.'s own stock management, built for sales, workshop and service: machines described by the attributes of your trade - header width on a combine, lift height on a forklift -, workshop scheduling in the ServicePlaner, mobile repair intake in the yard, and a rental module with an availability overview.

What C.O.S. brings

More than 35 years of trade knowledge, the rollout at your site, and a contact who stays - for ARISTA and Business Central alike.

What BEYONDIT brings

Technology and development: the Dealer Business System and the BEYONDIT apps for Business Central, plus new features when your process needs something that does not exist yet.

Two independent, owner-managed software companies with short decision paths, both developing in the DACH region. We deliver the first Business Central projects together; your contact is and remains C.O.S.

Questions about working with C.O.S.

What changes for ARISTA customers, who C.O.S. is, what we plan to build together, and who the Dealer Business System is for.

I use ARISTA. Do I have to switch now?

No. ARISTA remains a core part of what C.O.S. offers. Business Central joins it as a second option - for dealers who want accounting in the same system and a close link to Microsoft 365. Whether that ever suits your business is something you work out with C.O.S. when the time is right for you.

Has BEYONDIT acquired C.O.S.?

No. C.O.S. Software GmbH, based in Münster (Hesse), Germany, remains an independent, owner-managed software company with customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and South Tyrol. We work together: C.O.S. implements Business Central at your site and supports you, we supply the Dealer Business System and keep developing it.

Will my contact at C.O.S. stay the same?

Yes. C.O.S. remains your first point of contact, for ARISTA and Business Central alike. On Business Central projects we join in for technology and development.

Do C.O.S. and BEYONDIT also build things together?

Yes, and beyond Business Central. The plan is applications for sales, workshop and service that also connect to other ERP and dealer management systems. If an application solves a real problem in the business, it should work whichever system you run.

Who is the Dealer Business System for?

Agricultural and municipal machinery dealers with machine sales, a workshop and a parts store. It brings more than 40 BEYONDIT apps together in Business Central.

What happens after I get in touch?

We work out what you need and put you in touch with the right people at C.O.S., who take it from there - reviewing your processes and staying with you. If you already use ARISTA, your existing contact at C.O.S. is the right one here too.
