How do I print directly from Business Central?
With 365 business Print Agent: configure your printers, trays, duplex settings, ZPL modes and print automations there. Printer selections assign each user and report its printer, and Business Central sends your documents straight to it.
Which Business Central print extension do I need?
For direct printing, install the 365 business Print Agent app from Microsoft Marketplace and the Print Agent Service on a Windows machine in your network. It prints to any printer with a Windows driver, in Business Central online and on-premises.
